Week of 2026-03-23

The media and derivation workflow became much more practical for daily use. Editors now have clearer controls for image operations, safer save behavior between preview and full output, and stronger keyboard support that reduces repetitive mouse-heavy interaction.

Storefront user experience improved in visible ways. Event presentation on the front page became clearer and more useful, theme/readability issues in dark mode were addressed, and navigation reliability improved so users are less likely to end up on confusing or broken paths.

Control-plane and onboarding flows were simplified to lower setup friction. Site owners can move from plugin install to visible tenant diagnostics faster, with less ambiguity around what is connected, what is missing, and what action to take next.

Documentation structure also matured this week: docs navigation, copyable command UX, and multilingual consistency improved so both non-technical operators and technical maintainers can find answers faster.

Week of 2026-03-16

Admin UI shifted toward a clearer control-room model. Navigation became easier to scan, core actions were grouped more intentionally, and frequent paths required fewer clicks and less hunting.

Asset and upload flows became more robust and predictable. The system gave better feedback around success/failure states, reducing uncertainty when editors updated product visuals, files, and derived outputs.

Visual polish work focused on legibility and comfort over novelty. Header controls, contrast, and state indicators were tuned to reduce cognitive load during longer operator sessions.

Week of 2026-03-09

Commerce and access-management flows became easier to reason about. Payment and access behavior was made more consistent in the admin so teams could explain outcomes to customers and support staff with less confusion.

Operational guidance became easier to discover. Teams gained clearer docs and in-product references, making it simpler to run recurring checks and maintenance routines without relying on tribal knowledge.

Error and fallback communication improved, helping operators understand what happened when something failed and which next step had the highest impact.

Week of 2026-03-02

Foundation hardening continued across the headless WordPress and Cloudflare stack. This period focused on stability, safer defaults, and clearer boundaries between data sources and rendered experiences.

That groundwork enabled the later gains in admin flow, storefront reliability, and docs quality. The key outcome was reduced fragility when layering new user-facing features on top.
